An increasingly disturbed new movie star (Giovanni Ribisi) winds up stalking a fan (Joshua Jackson) who reminds him of his own life before he became famous. A movie star married to a movie star, Gray Evans' world is one of sycophants and fake sets and he begins to yearn for his old life. As Grays perception of reality spins out of control the lines between who is the stalker and the stalked begin to blur.
