It is 1927 and with the threat of persecution increasing, a young Jewish girl is sent overseas by her worried Russian family. Once she arrives in England, her identity and memory are stripped as she is re-named and given a new life.Ten years later, Suzie (Christina Ricci from SLEEPY HOLLOW) leaves England for Paris to start a new life.
